Dahbashi Engineering’s business model for service and repairs is a “Part Sales through Service” and this model requires regular and meticulous data entry of crucial information such as work instructions, time sheet, spare parts used, consumables, subcontracted jobs, travel and meal expenses amongst other data for work order costing. The correct information in work order is crucial to assessing the quality of repairs, maintaining history of repairs, and supporting the organization and the customer within the warranty and post warranty period. Incorrect or insufficient data entered in the work order affects the work order costing and provides incorrect information on repairs and its estimation for similar jobs in future.

- The App will be universally available on the Apple app store. The app has been developed for the specifically use by technicians of Dahbashi Engineering, joint ventures, and
dealer associates.
- The App functionality is location specific and developed for India and UAE operations. 
- Most of technicians possess and use smart phones and eliminates the need for any special hardware device. 
- The App works on the internet and mobile cellular data connectivity. 
- Authorized access of App through secured registration from the App dashboard only. The App has the feature of “Forgot Password” only. 
- App usage will be through a secured login protocol with options recovering and resetting the password through App dashboard on desktop with service administrator.  
- Service technicians can register through their personal email id.
- The App dashboard will be at service administrator’s desktop and has features of user management and data review and downloading amongst other administrative features.
